Available once logged in
Confirm email, set up MFA, sign in inside desktop Settings > Account, then use Demo before Live Real. Website and desktop both read the same account, so the installer link, trial lifecycle, and in-app access rules stay aligned.
Windows is the supported desktop release. Installer delivery follows the account-gated download flow and the stable update manifest; desktop update downloads should be checked against the release manifest and SHA-256 checksum.

The Windows desktop app owns strategy construction, local exchange contexts, AI provider keys, backtesting, Demo, Live Real state, and final execution validation.
Website login, pricing, purchased strategies, seller tools, downloads, and updates stay tied to the same account the desktop app reads.
Changing the top-bar pair or exchange context must never silently retarget already-running strategies. Running sessions keep their original exchange, market type, mode, pair, client, and strategy context.
OttoTrader's Windows desktop app is the flagship product. It owns strategy construction, local exchange contexts, AI provider keys, backtesting, live/demo runtime state, and final execution validation.
Read-only overview for trading activity, daily PnL, open risk, usable balance, mark-to-market equity, session fees, calendar heatmaps, and performance context.
Trade Setup, Chart, Active Strategies, and Open/Closed Positions sit together for context, strategy reasoning, protection state, and session management.
Build, save, import, export, sync, and install strategies with Visual Builder, Code Builder, AI Assistant, local library entries, and Bought Strategies.
Run focused manual tests or broader automation research, then manage account sign-in, exchange contexts, AI provider keys, RTC, backups, notifications, and logging.
A strategy workstation is only useful if you can confirm context, pause, inspect, protect, and stop what is happening once something is running.
Pause, resume, or stop strategies while keeping exchange, market type, mode, pair, and protection status visible.
Move stops to break-even, adjust protection where supported, and manage open positions without losing runtime context.
Keep Demo and Live Real workflows clearly separated in the Windows desktop app.
The desktop is where strategy work, backtesting, exchange connections, and execution validation happen. Platform shows how the website and backend fit around it.
